Sending Improvement Plans Up Next: Deleting Plans

All activities in the plan are immediately delivered to the client’s Habit Of Care app.
The client receives a notification email prompting them to open the app and review their new assignments.
If you approve a plan multiple times in a single day, only one email notification is sent to avoid confusion.
You may approve and assign a plan as often as needed to meet a client’s changing needs.
However, frequent revisions can be confusing. We recommend reviewing and finalizing a plan before sending it to minimize the number of updates.
