Assign Journaling Activities
In the activity library choose Journaling and assign prompts drawn from our library or create custom prompts that align with your client’s goals.
Encourage clients to journal consistently—daily or weekly—and remind them to use Susan for cognitive reframing when appropriate.
After a client completes a journaling activity, select Journal from their Explore dashboard to view AI‑generated insights, relevant quotes and, if permitted, the client’s entries.
Use insights from their journals to adjust therapeutic goals and prompt selection for future assignments.
