Our support system

Email support is available 7 days a week between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM CT.
Our dedicated support team handles questions about activities, technical issues, account settings and more. Whether you or your client have a question, we’re here to help.
Clients can request support directly within the Habit Of Living app or by emailing contact@habitofliving.com.
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. Responses outside support hours may take slightly longer.
For clinicians, our team can also assist with account setup, billing inquiries and feature questions. Don’t hesitate to reach out.
