An Autopilot preset packages together an AI therapist preset, an assignment configuration preset, a desired outcomes preset, and a monitoring preset.
Presets let you apply consistent automation settings across multiple clients without reconfiguring each section every time.
You can create as many presets as you need to reflect different therapeutic approaches or client populations.
Viewing & Editing Presets
On the Assign & Enable Autopilot page, click the View Presets button to open the presets panel. This panel lists all of your saved Autopilot presets.
Each entry shows the preset name along with buttons to edit, view details, or delete.
Click Edit to open the Autopilot configuration page with that preset’s settings pre‑loaded. You can update any section and save your changes.
Editing a preset will affect future Autopilot runs for any clients currently assigned to it. Past logs remain unchanged.
Viewing Preset Details
Select View to open a small modal summarizing which therapist preset, assignment configuration, desired outcomes, and monitoring preset are contained in the Autopilot.
Use this overview to ensure you are assigning the correct preset to each client without having to open the full editor.
Deleting Presets
Click Delete next to a preset to remove it from your list. A confirmation dialog will prevent accidental deletions.
Deleting a preset does not automatically disable Autopilot for clients that are already using it; the last saved configuration continues to run until you assign a new preset or disable Autopilot for that client.
Preset Best Practices
Give presets descriptive names that reflect their focus, such as “CBT Anxiety,” “ACT Depression,” or “Trauma‑Focused.”
Periodically review and update presets to incorporate new therapeutic strategies or address client feedback.
Duplicate a preset by loading it in the configuration page, modifying one or two sections, and saving it under a new name—this preserves the original while allowing customization.
