All activities you assign are delivered to clients through their Habit Of Care app.

Step 1 – Explore the Activity Library

Open a client’s improvement plan and click the button under a strategy to launch the activity library.
Browse through categories ranging from journaling and cognitive restructuring to breathing exercises and habit building. Choose activities that align with your client’s goals and strengths.
Use the learning panel on the right side of the library to view descriptions and tips for each activity before assigning.

Step 2 – Select a Due Date

When assigning an activity you’ll choose a due date. Clients will receive reminders to complete the activity relative to this date.
You can schedule due dates up to two months in advance.
To create a recurring activity, select the Recur option and choose a frequency of daily, weekly or monthly. Clients will receive reminders on each recurrence.

Step 3 – Approve, Edit or Delete

After reviewing your client’s plan, tap Approve to send all assigned activities to their Habit Of Care app.
To modify an activity, open it from the improvement plan and select Edit. Changes are synced instantly to your client’s app.
Activities that have already been completed cannot be edited.
To remove an activity, open it and tap Delete. The activity disappears immediately from the client’s app.
You cannot delete activities that a client has already completed.

Step 4 – Review Completed & Shared Activities

When a client marks an activity complete, a green appears next to it in the improvement plan.
A symbol indicates that your client has shared the activity with you and would like you to review their work.
Clients can selectively share activities even if they don’t provide full access to that category’s data. Learn more about privacy and data sharing here.
