Rejected tasks display a Rejected status in your improvement plan, making it easy to spot them.
Tap on a rejected assignment to read your client’s reason for declining. Use their feedback to adjust future activities or discuss their concerns in session.
An incomplete assignment is one that your client did not complete and did not explicitly reject.
These tasks display an Incomplete status in your plan. Unlike recurring assignments, incomplete items do not automatically carry over to the next plan cycle.
If a client struggles to finish certain assignments, consider reducing their number, extending due dates or discussing barriers to completion.
