Analytics & Optimizing Care – Getting Started

Assign Activities / Homework Up Next: Getting Started with Teams

Step 1 – Understand Progress Tracking

By default, clients earn rewards for logging their general mood each day.
Progress tracking lets you and your clients monitor key wellbeing metrics—happiness, anxiety, sleep quality, emotional stability and more—over time. Visual trends make it easy to see how your therapeutic interventions are working.
To view these analytics, tap Explore and then Progress from your main toolbar.
Assign General Mood Tracking as a recurring activity to encourage clients to record how they feel each day.
For a more detailed picture, you can track discrete elements like anxiety, sleep, emotional stability and cognitive function. Assign the appropriate discrete tracking activities from the same page to enable additional metrics.

Step 2 – Understand Journal Insights

Clients control their privacy and can revoke your access to their journal at any time.
Automated journal insights analyze entries to identify themes in behavior, mood and thinking. Recognizing these patterns early supports timely intervention—often before concerns become more serious.
Journaling is rewarded daily by default through our points programme.
Assign specific prompts to focus a client’s reflection and improve the quality of automated insights.
You can review selected journal excerpts and, if permitted, read full entries to build a comprehensive picture of the client’s mental health.

Step 3 – Understand Therapist Summaries

Clients can also revoke access to AI therapist summaries at any time.
After each AI therapy session, the system generates a concise summary of key themes and insights. These summaries provide continuity between sessions and highlight areas to explore in your next appointment.
AI therapy sessions are not tied to the rewards programme.
You can assign specific topics or questions to guide an AI therapy session, optimizing care based on the client’s needs.
