Due Dates & Recurring Assignments

Understanding due dates Up Next: Editing assignments

Why use due dates?

Assignments with a due date are meant to be completed once. After the due date passes, the task won’t automatically carry over to the next improvement plan.
Due dates help structure the workload. The client’s app organizes tasks by their due date and separates later items into an Upcoming section so your client can focus on what’s next.
We send weekly reminders when assignments are nearing or past their due date to encourage completion. These alerts can be managed in your notification settings.

What is a recurring assignment?

When you mark an assignment as recurring, it will appear again each time you generate a new improvement plan until you choose to stop it.
You can set the cadence to daily, weekly, bi‑weekly, or monthly, ensuring habits and therapeutic exercises become part of your client’s routine.
