How to Add & Onboard Your Clients Up Next: Getting Started with Improvement Plans

Step 1 – Add Clients to Your Client Depot

Tip: If you’re onboarding multiple clients, use the bulk import tool to save time.
From your main toolbar, tap Client List.
Click the button at the top of the Client List to add a new client.
Enter the client’s details and tap Submit to send the invitation.
Navigate to Client List from your toolbar.
Click the magic wand icon to open the bulk import tool.
Follow the on‑screen instructions to upload your client spreadsheet.

Step 2 – Await Client Approval

If you select “Onboard Automatically” when adding a client, we send them an onboarding email with a link to download the Habit Of Care app and accept your invitation.
When your client installs the app and accepts the invite, a green icon appears next to their name in your Client Depot.
If your client doesn’t see the onboarding email, you can resend it from the Client Depot, or ask them to download the app and manually accept the invitation.

Step 3 – Data Flow Begins

Clients control their data. They can limit or revoke access at any time.
Once your client begins using the Habit Of Care app, their data appears in your Explore dashboard according to their privacy settings.
Even when access is limited, clients can share specific assignments with you for feedback.
