The Addiction Calendar is an interactive diary that helps clients capture their recovery journey one day at a time. Each entry invites them to record cravings, triggers, and the emotions or symptoms they experience.
By logging daily experiences, clients build a structured record of patterns and progress. This practice fosters self‑awareness, accountability and provides clear data you can reference together in session.
The tool delivers instant coping suggestions when clients note elevated cravings or distress. Over time it charts milestones and setbacks so both client and therapist can see how treatment is unfolding.
Participation is encouraged through our points & rewards system, which awards points for consistent entries and redeemable rewards to motivate engagement.
The calendar helps clients recognize patterns in their addiction, manage triggers with real‑time guidance and stay motivated by celebrating incremental victories.
