You can both append & replace your current plan with templates
Templates are pre-defined plans containing focus areas, strategies, and activities. You can import templates to save yourself time in configuring your client's personalized plan.
Tap the 'Templates' button on your improvement plan toolbar to view available templates.
How Do I Save and Share a Template?
Saving a template captures all focus areas, strategies and activities in the current plan.
On the improvement plan toolbar, tap Save as Template to save the current plan for later use.
To share a template with colleagues, tap Share With Team next to the template in your list.
How Do I Use a Template?
When importing a template you can choose to append its contents to your current plan or replace the plan entirely.
Tap the Templates button in your improvement plan toolbar to view all available templates.
Select a template and choose whether to Append it to your existing plan or Replace your current plan. Append adds focus areas, strategies and activities without deleting your existing work.
After importing, review and edit the plan to ensure each focus area and strategy is tailored to your client’s needs.
