Plans & assignments
Build an improvement plan
Create a clear structure from focus areas to strategies and assigned activities.
Use a simple structure
- Focus area: the client priority or need being addressed.
- Strategy: the agreed approach for that focus area.
- Activity: the concrete between-session action connected to the strategy.
Write for the client
Use language the client can recognize, avoid labels that were not discussed, and keep each next step specific enough to act on. The client-ready view can be edited before activation.
Check the plan before use
- Confirm the correct client and active plan.
- Confirm timing, instructions, accessibility, and intended review.
- Remove stale or duplicate items.
- Approve and send only the assignments that are ready.
