Insurance platform pricing
Understand the first-payable-claim trigger, monthly formula, denial handling, and collection gates.
Before the first payable claim
The platform charge is $0. There is no setup fee, no seat charge, and no percentage of collections. Team accounts are unlimited.
After pricing activates
A positive allowed amount or confirmed payment through an accepted remittance source activates normal pricing immediately. The monthly fee is the greater of $49 or $10 per payable insured care month plus $4 per successful permitted self-pay month and $2 per practice-funded month.
Denied controlled-beta claims
A denial or zero-dollar adjudication does not activate pricing and creates no insured usage fee. If a later denial is attributed to a Habit of Care routing or formatting error, the reviewed credit remains linked to the affected rule, claim version, and denial evidence.
Collection release gates
A statement may show the calculated amount while collection remains disabled. Production collection requires the documented pricing review, security approval, and payment configuration.
